WebWorx is a full-service digital design and development company. Our Internet services include strategic planning, search-engine optimization, marketing, and analytics. We discover, design, develop, and deploy all the environments a business needs to excel in today’s multi-sensory world. In order to create the digital tools that enhance marketing and branding objectives, we have brought together the area’s brightest designers, editors, database developers, tech specialists, and strategists.

where we came from

We have a long and comprehensive history in digital media and we have extensive experience with local businesses.

WebWorx is the evolution of Pixels, Inc, one of Greensboro’s earliest and most active Web design companies. Pixels began bringing Triad businesses online in 1999. Some of the company’s first clients included Quaintance-Weaver, Craft Insurance Center, and Technology Crops International.

Another of Pixels, Inc’s longstanding clients was Pace Communications, a world leader in custom publishing. Pixels’ team of designers and programmers developed and maintained Web sites for the company’s large publications: United Hemispheres magazine, Delta-Sky magazine, US Airways’ Attaché, and US Airways Magazine. In 2006, Pixels expanded into Pace Interactive to become the Internet division of Pace Communication.

WebWorx comes to the forefront from this strong creative background. And the new company continues to build on its past experience.

how we do it

We are user friendly.

To begin, we form a WebWorx team to shape the overall project with the client. Teams are comprised of project managers, programmers, designers, and editors. Each member of the team works closely with the client to understand needs and requirements. As we respond, we move through manageable steps the client can comfortably follow and along the way we create multiple approval stages for feedback.

First, we create and fuse the design and the function. Then we setup the server. Next, we refine the technical details. Finally, we review design and edit content with the client.

We are proud to say that we create Internet services and Web sites that consistently exceeded our client’s expectations.
